Iluminage Beauty Recruits Ex-Coty Exec

Iluminage Beauty announced its new CEO, George Cleary.

Iluminage Beauty has named George Cleary as its new Chief Executive Officer. Prior, Cleary served as President of Coty Beauty Americas, where he transformed the company into a market leader and quadrupled sales. Cleary’s focus on innovation, strategic acquisitions and integrated marketing programs led Coty to become one of the fastest growing beauty companies in the industry.

Cleary has more than 20 years of strategic sales, marketing and management experience in the beauty industry. Iluminage says he is “primed to drive growth.”

Before joining Coty, Cleary spent 15 years with Johnson & Johnson, where he held General Management and senior sales roles. While at Johnson & Johnson, Cleary made a significant contribution to the success of the Aveeno, Clean & Clear and ROC skin care brands. Cleary began his career in sales and trade marketing with the Nestle Food Company.
